The Barnabas Way is a call to those who believe encouragement is more than kind words—it’s intentional action, spiritual discernment, generosity, and faithfulness lived out daily. Inspired by the life of Barnabas, this group exists to help raise up new “Pauls” in our churches and communities—men and women called to lead, serve, and make an eternal impact.
Together, we’ll grow in the core traits of Barnabas: courage, humility, hospitality, mentorship, friendship, and the ability to see and call out God’s potential in others. This is a space to learn how to walk alongside people, strengthen leaders, and invest in others with wisdom and grace.
If you feel stirred to disciple the next generation and help shape leaders who will impact generations, The Barnabas Way is for you. This is a bilingual group (Spanish/English), welcoming participants from both language communities as we learn and grow together.
